NeoPulse AI provides website design and development, along with optional services including SEO, Google & Meta Ads management, AI automation (chatbots and appointment/call handling), and social media management. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines for any project are agreed upon separately with each client and are not governed by the general marketing content on this Site.

2. Free Mockups

Submitting the "Get Your Free Mockup" form does not create a binding agreement between you and NeoPulse AI. A mockup is a preliminary visual concept provided at no cost and with no obligation on either party to proceed further.

3. Payments

Where a project moves forward, payment terms (including any deposit or installment structure) will be agreed upon directly with the client prior to work beginning. Details communicated on this Site (such as illustrative payment plan examples) are general information only and may vary per project.

4. Ownership

Once a website project is paid in full and delivered, the client owns the resulting design and code. Ownership of any third-party tools, subscriptions, or ongoing hosting/maintenance services used to operate the site (if not transferred to the client's own accounts) remains separate from code ownership and may involve ongoing costs, as agreed with each client.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this Site to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

6. No Warranty

This Site and its content are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness or reliability of information presented here. Specific service guarantees (e.g. delivery timelines) are governed by individual client agreements, not by this Site's general content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeoPulse AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site.
